I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
— Galatians 2:20

The Word “martyr” was a title given to the early Christians who lost their lives on account of their faith… many times in very brutal ways. The name Martyr was given to me by God because He too would call me to give my life for the faith, not to die a physical death necessarily but a death to myself, a death to the things that I desired and wanted in this life in order to dedicate my life to carry out the will of God. This is why Galatians 2:20 is one of my favorite scriptures, because I have experienced and continue to experience it.

The music created through me and the revelation within the lyrics all stem from the teachings of the Early Church Fathers, the direct disciples of the 12 Apostles, and whose teachings have been taught to me by a man of God named Michael Petro. My entire life was transformed from learning and applying God’s Word to every aspect of my life – as the word says:

Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind
— Romans 12:2
