August 2017 Newsletter - "Ha Shem" by Vanessa Hayes
Shalom Saints! What an exciting time it is for the remnant, those who are being perfected into God’s divine character and image! Glory to Yahweh for sending Apostle Mike Petro, our spiritual father, to administer grace (Eph 3:2). This grace is the mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom given to him for us, who were of gentile minds while in religion or ignorant of spiritual revelation from the Holy of Holies. How special it is to know that we have been called to be set apart, holy, and consecrated through the circumcision of our heart. Let us strive to become the chosen remnant, the spiritual Israel, who are the true Jews worshiping YHWH in truth and spirit. We are the remnant who can perceive the divine covenantal seed, which is the Living Word Himself, so that we with a violent faith may take heaven to earth (Mat 6:10, Mat 11:12) by coming in His Name, Yeshua, the Hope of Glory in you (Col 1:27)! Hallelujah!
Holy Spirit has pressed upon me the desire of our heavenly Father Yahweh, which is the understanding of what it truly means to be called by His name: The Name (Ha Shem) above all names (Phil 2:9). God spoke to all the patriarchs of our faith in Hebrew, so it’s important to know that every name in Hebrew speaks of character and function. So how can we come in His Name if we don’t know His character or how the Mind of Christ (1 Cor. 2:16) functions?
In Hebrew, Shem means name and speaks of being in existence through breath. Character is thought to be in the breath, so when God breathed life into man he breathed His divine character into man. Shem is spelled with the letters shin and mem. Shin is the Hebrew letter for a pressing by fire, symbolic of the mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom of God being pressed into you as the baptism of fire. Mem is the Hebrew letter for water, symbolic of the divine living waters of revelation (John 7:38). Combined, this tells us the character and function of Shem's seed, the chosen ones and God’s remnant, is to bring forth from heaven the baptism of fire and water of sanctification for cleansing our minds.
Shem also speaks of heaven, as seen in the Hebrew word for heaven, Shamayim, which means to have eyes to see and ears to hear spiritual things. This is the true Kingdom on earth as in Heaven, a perfected celestial mind, the mind of Christ!
In 2 Chronicles 7:14, God tells King Solomon (known for his wisdom), if My people who are called by my name (Shem) will humble themselves and seek my face, then I will hear (Shema) from Heaven (Shamayim) and heal their land. The root word, Shem, is used three times, indicating a perfected state of those whose minds are washed by the revelatory rain from heaven (Deut 32:2) and who receive the baptism of fire, the mysteries of the God’s Kingdom. Those who are called by His name receive the heavenly Word or Seed (Luke 8:11) of Shem are the ones who put on the mind of Christ to become completely healed through the renewing of their mind (Rom12:2). They can hear and see God in the Holy of Holies on His Throne for a divine face to face, breath impartation of His divine character! Hallelujah!
Let us now turn this diamond revelation and look through another side. Recall that Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham and Japheth (Gen 9:18). Noah's entire family was called as they all survived the flood, however only Shem and his seed became the chosen, for we know many are called but few are chosen (Mat 22:14). Shem is the father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob whose name changed to Israel, the chosen people (Isa 14:1). Not surprisingly, Jesus, The Word himself was also from Shem’s family line (Luke 3:23-36). Ham’s seed fathered the Canaanites, Phoenicians and Babylon all symbolic of religious systems with mixed teachings. Japheth’s name means one who is easily persuaded, and fathered Gog and Magog who come against spiritual Israel (Rev 20:7-8). From this, we can see Shem, Ham, and Japheth are symbolic of types of mindsets people have based on where their thoughts dwell spiritually, because we war not against flesh but principalities (Eph 6:12). Those with the name of Shem dwell in the Holy of Holies. Those of Ham dwell in the Holy Place, where there is still mixture because Satan comes in the midst to deceive (Gen 3:3). And those of Japheth reside in the Outer Court with no understanding of the deep things of God, the mysteries (1 Cor. 2:10).
Isaiah 14:22 says, “I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.” This tells us that he will bring about a separation to cut off those with religious and impure mindsets from the true chosen spiritual Israel. These people become the spiritual New Jerusalem (Rev. 21:2), because they have studied themselves to be approved (2 Tim. 2:15) and are anointed with the mysteries and secrets of the Kingdom. This chosen remnant will be those at the end of the age who will reign with Christ (2 Tim. 2:12) in Glory and reap the harvest of souls upon earth (Mat 9:37).
We can now spiritually understand the modern term "anti-Semitism" by the Spirit. The word Semite refers to the Semitic people of Shem’s descendants, meaning to be Anti-Shem or against God’s name and against His chosen royal priesthood (1 Pet 2:9) who come in His divine character and function, with His Breath, the Holy Spirit, to reveal spiritual and prophetic revelation of The Word, Yeshua, Hope of Glory revealed in you (Col 1:27)! Hence, I lift up my voice like a trumpet (Isa 58:1) to resound the warning of God to not touch His anointed (1 Chr. 16:22) by coming against God’s chosen servants the prophets (Amos 3:7) who come in Ha Shem Yeshua.
